Ivette Osborne

Clinical Manager

Ivette Osborne, A.S., CCMA, CMAA, is the Clinical Manager at Vitality by Dr. Bago, where she oversees clinical care operations, supports team coordination, and contributes to project management and social media initiatives within the practice.

She holds an Associate of Science degree and is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) and Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA), along with a Project Management certification. Ivette brings extensive experience in healthcare and operations, with a background in medical assisting in urology and primary care. She also has strong expertise in care coordination, leadership, recruiting, and process improvement, as well as EMR integrations and system build. She is highly skilled in streamlining workflows, developing standard operating procedures, and supporting efficient, high-quality patient care.

In her role at Vitality, Ivette ensures patients receive organized, compassionate, and attentive care throughout their experience. She is dedicated to making patients feel heard, supported, and treated with the same care and respect she would give her own family.

Ivette finds the most fulfillment in witnessing patient transformations; seeing confidence grow, symptoms improve, and overall well-being strengthen. She is passionate about creating meaningful impact through every patient interaction.

Outside of work, Ivette enjoys running her photography business, spending time with her husband, furry babies, family and friends, traveling, exploring new cultures, and practicing self-care. She also volunteers with the NILMDTS Foundation.
