Kaitlin Lemenze is a Patient Care Coordinator at Vitality by Dr. Bago, where she is dedicated to guiding patients through their entire experience; from the moment they walk in to the time they leave, ensuring they receive attentive, personalized care every step of the way.

Kaitlin is a licensed Esthetician with a strong background in medical aesthetics and patient care. She has worked in a med spa setting as both a medical receptionist and medical esthetician and gained hands-on clinical experience as a medical assistant at Water’s Edge Dermatology. She brings a well-rounded skill set that includes front-of-house customer service, patient rooming and treatment, post-care follow-up, and creating customized home care regimens tailored to each individual.

In her role at Vitality, Kaitlin focuses on delivering a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient. She is known for her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a “white glove” level of service. She takes pride in answering patient questions thoroughly and ensuring each individual feels informed, comfortable, and cared for.

Kaitlin finds the most fulfillment in helping patients improve their quality of life while empowering them with knowledge about their treatments and wellness options. She is especially passionate about making every patient feel genuinely cared for and supported throughout their journey.

Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys staying active and making the most of her time outdoors. She loves running, practicing Pilates, attending run clubs in West Palm Beach, and spending time on the water—whether at the sandbar or fishing. She also enjoys golfing, gardening, and spending time with friends. At home, she finds joy in baking, making homemade sourdough, sewing, and reading.
