Medical Assistant

Melissa is a Medical Assistant at Vitality by Dr. Bago, where she supports patient care and helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the practice.

She previously worked as a Clinical Supervisor in Primary Care where she gained valuable experience in both clinical care and leadership. Her background has helped her develop strong clinical skills, along with a focus on organization, communication, and patient service.

In her role at Vitality, Melissa assists with patient care and contributes to a positive patient experience through a welcoming environment, active listening, and empathetic communication.

Melissa finds it most fulfilling to witness the positive changes in patients’ health and confidence, and she values building strong, trust-based relationships. She is passionate about helping patients feel engaged and motivated to take an active role in their health.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, working out, and trying new foods.
